3. Our Lawful Bases
Under UK GDPR we rely on the following lawful bases:
Consent — where you have subscribed to our newsletter or agreed to non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — where you have contacted us or enquired about our services, so that we can respond and follow up, and to promote our services to businesses in a way you would reasonably expect. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered your rights and you can object at any time.
Contract — where we are providing services to you or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with the law.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us run the business, and only as far as needed:
Service providers who host our site, manage our customer records and bookings, deliver our email marketing, and provide analytics and advertising services
Professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers where necessary
Authorities or third parties where we are required to disclose information by law, or to protect our rights
A successor entity in the event of a business sale, merger or reorganisation
Our customer relationship and booking system is provided by GoHighLevel, and our analytics and advertising services are provided by Google and Meta. Some of these providers are based outside the UK, which means your data may be transferred internationally (see section 5).
5. International Transfers
Some of our service providers are based in the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. Where your personal data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to deliver relevant advertising.
Essential cookies are needed for the site to function and are always active.
Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This helps us improve it.
Advertising cookies — we use tools including Google and Meta to show you relevant advertising on other websites and platforms after you have visited ours (known as remarketing or retargeting).
Non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) are only set with your consent. When you first visit the site you can accept or decline these through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you disable them.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it. Enquiry and client records are kept for the duration of our relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and legitimate business needs. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Where we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymise it.

Access the personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances
Object to or restrict our processing in certain circumstances
Withdraw consent where we rely on it
Ask us to transfer your data to another provider in certain circumstances
Unsubscribe from marketing at any time, using the link in any email or by contacting us
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@enablematic.io. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, though we would ask that you contact us first so we can try to put things right.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data once we receive it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
